Reconice has implemented a Quality Management System certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – SQS standard, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to high process standards and customer satisfaction.

The company has also adopted an Information Security Management System compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, certified for the development, installation, and support of voice recognition systems for the healthcare and general professional sectors. This system has been further enhanced with:

  • the ISO/IEC 27017:2015 extension, specific to information security in cloud services;

  • the ISO/IEC 27018:2019 extension, focused on the protection of personal data (PII – Personally Identifiable Information).

To strengthen its risk management strategy, reconice has also implemented a Business Continuity Management System in compliance with the ISO 22301:2019 standard, ensuring organizational resilience and service continuity in the event of crises or operational disruptions.

The scope of the certified systems falls within the Information Technology sector (EA33).
