The Model is an organizational and management tool aimed at preventing the illicit acts provided for by Legislative Decree 231/01. Adopted for the first time in 2018 and subsequently modified and integrated, it constitutes a formal, valid and effective corporate act within the corporate organization of the Company.

Whistleblowing
reconice is inspired by a governance based on trust, transparency and integrity and encourages the collaboration of its workers and third parties for the purpose of revealing illicit, fraudulent or suspicious phenomena and any other irregularity or conduct that does not comply with the law and the internal regulatory system of reconice. To this end, reconice has adopted the Procedure for the management of Whistleblowing reports which becomes an integral part of the internal regulatory body, with the aim of allowing its staff and all third parties, who operate directly or indirectly on behalf of reconice, to report violations of regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of reconice, defining the principles and rules as well as the roles and responsibilities within the process of managing whistleblowing reports. Reconice has also adopted an IT platform to automate and facilitate the receipt and management of reports which is also able to guarantee, with IT methods and data encryption techniques, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the content of the report and the related documentation.
