INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (EU REGULATION 2016/679)

In this document, we inform you of the characteristics of the Processing of your personal data carried out by reconice. In particular, information is provided here on the requirements set out in the European Regulation 2016/679 on data processing.

Data Controller

Data Protection Officer

Legal bases of the Processing

The Processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively in the presence of the following condition:

• consent for specific purposes.

The Processing, therefore, is carried out in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") and is limited to what is necessary for carrying out the activities as specified below.

Purpose of Treatment

The purposes of processing your data are as follows:

• contact you in order to respond to your requests and information;

• create user accounts (optional);

• detect the degree of satisfaction with product quality;

• develop market studies and research;

• marketing activities of its own products and services;

• profiling activities to offer you personalized products and services that meet your needs, and for all the activities listed in the Processing purposes;

• updates on reconice activities or news;

• invitations to events organized by reconice; sending institutional information.

Profiling activities

The profiling (optional) aimed at customizing the services and/or products that we offer you concerns the personal data that you provide us directly. The profiling activity is carried out directly by reconice srl and by the subjects in charge and/or authorized to process the data.

This Processing takes place to the extent that you have given your optional consent. You have the right to object at any time to the Processing of profiling for the purposes set out above. In the event of objection, your personal data will no longer be subject to Processing for this purpose.

For this activity, the Company identifies the recipients of institutional and/or commercial communication through non-invasive criteria (e.g. age, residence, profession, tools for which information has been requested, reference structure, etc.).

The Company carries out a preventive assessment of the impact of this activity on the rights, interests and freedoms of the recipients. Furthermore, it allows them not to benefit further from this service through the opt-out option (revocation of consent to the Processing) proposed at each contact.

The provision of personal data by the Interested Parties is free and optional.

However, failure to provide certain data will make it impossible to proceed with the execution of requests and the creation of the web account. The provision of data for commercial purposes is optional and for the Processing of such data it is not mandatory for the Interested Party to give consent.

Data processing mode

The Processing of data may consist, in addition to their collection, in their registration, storage, modification, communication, cancellation, diffusion, etc. and will be carried out both with the use of paper support, and with the aid of electronic computer and telematic tools, according to methods and with tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

Within the limits of the specific purposes indicated above, the Processing of your personal data is carried out through manual, computerised and telematic tools (e.g. email, text messages, calls).

The Company adopts adequate organizational and technical measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Communication and dissemination of data

The Company may be required to communicate your personal data to third parties within the limits of the consent you have given:

• Partner companies of reconice;

• communication and event organization companies;

• entities belonging to the sales network.

All third-party companies, where necessary, have been appointed as external Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data.

Data retention

The Company stores personal data in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, for a period of time necessary to achieve the specific purposes of the Processing, in compliance with contractual and/or regulatory obligations. Rights of interested parties

We inform you that you, as a data subject, can exercise specific rights on data protection, reported in the following list:

• right of access: the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and detailed information regarding the origin, purposes, categories of data processed, recipients of communication and/or transfer of data and more;

• right of rectification: the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay, as well as the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement;

• right to erasure (“oblivion”): the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay in the event that:

  • the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the Processing;

  • the consent on which the Processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the Processing;

  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

  • the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;

• right to object to the Processing: right to object at any time to the Processing of personal data which have as their legal basis a legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

• right to restriction of Processing: right to obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of Processing, in cases where the accuracy of the personal data is contested (for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data), if the Processing is unlawful and/or the interested party has opposed the Processing;

• right to data portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another Data Controller, only for cases in which the Processing is based on consent or on the contract and only for data processed by electronic means;

• right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject who considers that the Processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which he or she habitually resides or works, or of the State in which the alleged infringement occurred.

We also inform you that you have the right to revoke at any time any consent given to specific optional activities, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the Processing carried out prior to the revocation.

The Company will provide you with information regarding the action taken in relation to your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving it.

Data processed

Reconice processes the data that you enter in the contact form or when creating your account. Specifically, reconice processes the user's personal data, geographic data and requests information regarding your profession and the subject of the request. Some data are mandatory in order to contact you, or reconice, in relation to the information you entered, directs the request to the competent resource.

Some fields to be filled in are mandatory (*) in order to direct you to the most competent resource and to the relevant department.
